Check out these cool small houses, definitely they are every children’s dream playhouses. Heather Hach Hearne together with her husband Jason, an executive of animated films bought the 6-by-9 foot Los Angeles playhouse for $2,450 from KidsCrooked House. A handyman took the responsibility to assemble the house and place 99-cent ersatz stone tiles for the floor. Mrs. Hearne wanted the playhouse to be funky and off-kilter. She as well installed a purple chandelier and wired the entire playhouse for electricity, fetching power from the garage.

These days, parents are deeply concerned about setting up new house exclusively for kids. That is the reason why John Schiller and his wide Kristi custom-built a new playhouse for their beautiful daughter, Sinclair. The interiors of this house has been well planned and neatly presented with stainless steel sink, open windows with matching screens and flowers in the window boxes. John has also placed a stainless steel mini fridge stocked with popsicles and fresh juices. The playhouse is air-conditioned and features a child-size sofa and chairs at the upper level. Well, the reason for building such dream playhouses is pretty obvious, kids should have fun and develop responsibilities.
