One of great music instrument for children is Ukuleles as it has a great size for those cute small hands. The kids can have fun playing and singing whatever song they like, they’d feel like real rock starts. We’ve come across a cool Folding Ukulele by Brian Chan, all you have to do is unfold and play, pretty compact in size, great to carry around while traveling. Actually it’s meant for adult, however, it doesn’t mean children can’t enjoy this cool instrument. Each folding ukulele is constructed from amber bamboo plywood, with wooden dowels and nylon strings, therefore, this instrument can be said a green ukulele as it is made from 99% renewable and biodegradable materials.

With its price tag of $375, we can understand if you feel hesitate to spend that much money for your children first real music instruments as there’s no guarantee whether they’ll play it or not. But hey, there are many local music shops or even Amazon that sell cheaper ukes and work out just fine for children. However, please keep in mind all those cheap ukes usually come with poor strings and they are not folding ukulele ;).
